TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE AND REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS

A. SALES TERMS

1. A voucher is a prepaid bearer certificate entitling the holder to make payments for accommodation and dining services at Manowce Palace.
2. The voucher is issued by Pałac Manowce S.A., 33 Fasolowa St., 02-482 Warsaw, Poland, to the person or company who ordered and paid for it (the Purchaser). The voucher will only be issued after full payment has been made by the Purchaser. By placing and paying for the order, the Purchaser accepts these terms and conditions and undertakes to inform the designated Client, whose name is indicated on the voucher, about them. By accepting the voucher, the Client also agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. The voucher is sent as an electronic file to the Purchaser after payment has been received. The voucher can be issued for any amount agreed upon with the Purchaser. The voucher also contains the name of the Client designated by the Purchaser, as well as the period during which the voucher can be used. The voucher also includes contact details for the Client to make a reservation for accommodation or dining services at Manowce Palace.
4. The Purchaser places the order by email to book@manowce.pl. Payment is made via bank transfer or credit card through Polcard https://www.polcard.pl/. If the Purchaser requires an invoice, they should request it when placing the order. The invoice is issued for accommodation or dining services, according to the Purchaser's preference.
5. In the case of a voucher purchased by a consumer, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason or incurring any costs. The Purchaser may withdraw from the contract by submitting a written statement of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

B. TERMS OF REDEMPTION

1. To redeem the voucher, the Client must make a reservation for the service covered by the voucher. When making the reservation, the Client must inform Manowce Palace staff that the payment will be made using the voucher. The voucher is valid for one hotel stay or one dining experience at Manowce Palace. If the voucher is used for accommodation, the Client must agree with Manowce Palace the date of stay, number of guests, and specific room. If the voucher is used for dining services, the Client must agree with Manowce Palace the date, time, and number of guests.
2. Additionally, upon arrival at Manowce Palace, the Client must present either a printed copy of the voucher or display it on a mobile device, as well as present an identification document matching the name on the voucher. The voucher is issued to a specific person and can only be used by the named person, either alone or accompanied by other guests.
3. Guests who make a reservation and payment using a voucher have access to the same amenities as guests paying with money. Likewise, guests who reserve and pay with a voucher must adhere to the same booking and stay policies as guests paying with money. These include, for example, advance payment, cancellation policies, check-in and check-out times, and the prohibition of bringing pets. 4. If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the Client must pay the difference. In the event that the voucher is not used or only partially used, Manowce Palace will not refund any amount to the Client or the Purchaser.
