Such a sight had never been seen at Manowce before! A hundred Porsche cars visited us as part of the annual Porsche Parade. This year’s edition was an opportunity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Turbo models and to honour the remarkable heritage of air-cooled Porsches.
On June 13, one hundred teams in classic and modern Porsches set off from the famous “Dźwigozaury” cranes in Szczecin and, via road 114 to Nowe Warpno, arrived at Manowce. What a view it was: dozens of Porsches driving in a row! Only some of the cars could fit on the palace grounds; the rest parked in the meadow in front of the palace.
After the journey through the picturesque corners of West Pomerania, Vorpommern, and Brandenburg, the parade reached Berlin. From the German capital, the Porsche Parade crews continued to Wrocław, then to the Karkonosze Mountains and Pakoszów Palace, and finally to a luxury hotel, where the new Porsche Macan was unveiled in a pre-premiere presentation.
Throughout the event, participants competed for the title of Master Crew of the Porsche Parade. As is customary, the most beautiful cars were also selected. The title of Most Beautiful Modern Car of the Porsche Parade 2024 went to the Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series, while the title of Most Beautiful Classic Car of the Porsche Parade 2024 was awarded to the Porsche 911 Turbo, model 964.
