WEDDING MENU
On your big day, only the best will do! At Manowce, we place a strong emphasis on great cuisine. We use only the finest ingredients from the West Pomerania region, often including herbs and vegetables grown in our own garden.
Our in-house chef has prepared several menu options for you to choose from. If you have specific preferences or dietary requirements, we’ll gladly prepare a customized menu. To make sure we match your tastes, we invite you to a complimentary tasting menu for two before your wedding (for weddings lasting until 2:00 AM).
You may choose from three menu packages: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Silver: includes a glass of sparkling wine for the toast
Gold: sparkling wine + canapés
Platinum: champagne + canapés
Each wedding meal consists of four courses. Each guest may choose one of two options per course, typically including a vegetarian option. After dinner, a cold buffet and dessert table are always available. Around midnight, we serve a hot dish. Meals are served at the table, but a buffet format is also available to reduce service needs and costs.
Our wine list features an interesting selection of grape varieties and vintages, but if you have a particular preference, we are happy to source a specific wine for you. We do not place bottles on the table. Before and during the meal, a waiter serves the drinks at the table.
We offer alcoholic drinks and soft/hot drinks via an open bar. There are three options to choose from.
