Wedding ceremony
Manowce is licensed for civil ceremonies, and humanist weddings are also possible. We’re happy to host just your reception or wedding party too. For couples wishing to marry in the Roman Catholic or Protestant tradition, the Church of the Assumption of Mary in the tiny historical town of Nowe Warpno is available – a 16th-century building located on a peninsula surrounded by the lagoon. There are also two other small, charming churches nearby. For foreign couples, we are happy to handle all the formalities and obtain the necessary permits from local authorities and churches for a legal wedding in Poland.
Ceremonies at the palace take place in our beautiful main salon, where guests can witness the ceremony while enjoying stunning views of the lagoon. For couples who prefer an outdoor ceremony, we offer our wedding pavilion in the garden with a view of the palace and the water – also creating a perfect backdrop for your wedding photos. After the ceremony, there will be a reception with sparkling wine and finger food.
If the wedding takes place outdoors, the price includes an elegant pavilion, a signing table for the marriage certificate, and a suitable number of chairs for the guests, as well as a sound system upon request. Most couples also choose to order an additional wedding aisle leading from the palace to the pavilion, approximately 20 metres long. There are several options available: a path made of wooden panels covered with a white carpet, or the most striking version - an aisle created from aluminium stage platforms finished with either glossy white foil or mirror foil. Depending on the selected menu package, the reception usually includes a set of 4-5 snacks (finger food) or sweet treats (coffee & cake), plus Prosecco.
